J Trust Group Supports Government Against Pandemic Covid-19 by Distribute 400 Packages of Basic Necessities and Vitamins
Jakarta, 9 August 2021, located at Puskesmas (public health center) Tanah Abang, Jakarta by implementing strict health protocols with limited participants, Central Jakarta Mayor Dhany Sukma symbolically received vitamin and necessities support from J Trust Bank, Monday 9 August 2021. The CSR activity was initiated by companies under the J Trust Group in Indonesia, which consists of J Trust Bank, J Trust Consulting Indonesia, J Trust Olympindo Multi Finance, and JTrust Investments Indonesia. The assistance provided was in the form of 400 vitamin and necessities packages to health workers, funeral workers, and the frontline handling Covid-19 as J Trust Group’s support to the Government.
As a background, the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic occurred so quickly and became the worst phase in the history of the Covid-19 pandemic in Jakarta. This drastic spike in Covid-19 cases was due to the presence of several new variants of the SARS-COV-1 virus causing health facilities, health workers, and front-line officers to work hard to deal with Covid-19. The “Spirit Against” Covid-19 has been echoed by J Trust Bank since 2020 as a CSR program carried out through the innovation of the “Win-Win-Win” deposit product where an annual interest rate of 0.1% of the total deposit funds collected from people donated to fight the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia.
